12-1-7: OFFICIAL RECORDING:
No plat or other land subdivision instrument shall be filed in the office of the county clerk until it shall have been approved by the planning commission and by the city commission as hereinafter set forth. All final plats shall be filed within two (2) years of the date of approval by the planning commission, and no lots shall be sold from any plat until approved by the planning commission and the city commission. Failure to record the plat within two (2) years of the date of planning commission or city commission approval, whichever is the later, shall void all approvals thereto. (Ord. 938, 11-14-2011)
