11-10-6: RESPONSIBILITY FOR FLOODING:
The fact that land or property is not included within a floodplain or flood hazard area as authorized by section 11-10-2 of this chapter shall not constitute assurance that such land or property is not subject to flooding and shall not be so interpreted. (Ord. 939, 11-14-2011)
