The following general regulations apply to the use of land located within an FD floodplain supplemental district:
A. Structures shall be designed and constructed to withstand flood conditions.
B. Materials which in time of flood might float away and lodge against bridge abutments or otherwise serve to restrict the flood discharge capacity of the water channel are prohibited. (Ord. 939, 11-14-2011)
