This title shall be in full force and effect within the corporate limits of the City. Undeveloped territory annexed to the corporate limits of the City subsequent to the effective date hereof shall immediately be subject to the provisions of this title and shall be deemed to be designated as A-Agricultural District until altered or reclassified in the manner provided by law. Developed territory annexed to the corporate limits of the City subsequent to the effective date hereof shall immediately be subject to the provisions of this title and shall be deemed to be designated a zoning classification pursuant to established land use upon annexation.
