10-7-3: EXEMPTIONS:
   A.   This chapter shall not apply to:
      1.   Buildings constructed in an industrial district.
      2.   Buildings, containing one hundred sixty (160) or fewer square feet, constructed in a residential district if such building is for personal storage and a residential dwelling is present on the property and occupied.
      3.   Buildings constructed in a residential district for which a conditional use permit has been issued. (Ord. 978, 4-9-2018)
