10-7-2: REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   No person shall construct any building unless it complies with the following construction requirements:
      1.   A minimum of forty percent (40%) of the total area of the exterior of the front of the building must be non-metal.
      2.   A minimum of twenty five percent (25%) of the total area of the exterior of the side of the building must be non-metal. (Ord. 978, 4-9-2018)
