10-6-7: PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE:
Any person who shall by action or omission violates the terms of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and shall be subject to a fine in an amount set by the Board of Commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule in appendix A, division III of this Code. Each day of continued violation shall give rise to an additional charge. (Ord. 968, 8-14-2017)
