9-4-10: VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined in such amounts as set by the Board of Commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule in appendix A, division III of this Code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 869, 9-10-2001; amd. 2013 Code)
