A. Use Restricted To City Employees: No person shall be authorized to disturb any solid waste deposited on the Citizen Collection Station or any part thereof, or be allowed to take away or otherwise disturb any solid waste deposited on such grounds, or be authorized to burn or otherwise destroy such solid waste other than regular employees of the City.
B. Permission For Use Required: It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon such Citizen Collection Station of the City or area where solid waste is contained without express permission from an officer of the Sanitation Department.
C. Penalty: Any person who shall violate any provision of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to fine in an amount set by the Board of Commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule in appendix A, division I of this Code.
