When the public sewer becomes available, in Meeker Addition, within three hundred feet (300') of any existing septic tank, the building sewer shall be connected to said sewer within sixty (60) days after it has been determined that any existing septic tank does not meet the requirements of the Oklahoma state department of health or other applicable rules and regulations of the city for the health and safety of the public.
