9-3-3: PROHIBITED DISCHARGES:
   A.   Types Of Discharges Prohibited: No person may discharge to public sewers any waste which, by itself or by interaction with other wastes, may:
      1.   Injure or interfere with wastewater treatment processes or facilities.
      2.   Constitute a hazard to humans or animals.
      3.   Create a hazard in receiving waters of the wastewater treatment plant effluent.
   B.   New Connections Prohibited: Any new connections from inflow sources into the sanitary sewer portions of the sewer shall be prohibited.
   C.   Site Not Connected To City System: Any waste material from a site that is not connected through the city sewer system is prohibited from being discharged into the system.
   D.   Regulate Present And Future Discharges: It is the intention of the city to regulate present and future industrial wastewater, which may be discharged by a user of the facilities. Wastewater introduced into the facilities shall contain no toxic or other pollutants in amounts or concentrations that endanger public safety or the physical integrity of the treatment works, or cause violation of effluent or water quality limitations, or preclude the use of the most cost effective wastewater treatment and sludge disposal system.
