9-2-4: TAMPERING WITH OR INJURING MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM:
It shall be unlawful for any person to injure or deface, or in any way tamper with, any portion of the Municipal water system, or to turn the water off or on from any main at any time or place, unless said person is duly authorized so to do by the Kingfisher Public Works Authority. (2013 Code)
