A. Rates Established: Rates for water main taps and water usage shall be in such amounts as set by the Board of Commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule in appendix A, division IV of this Code. (2013 Code)
B. Basis For Determination: The purchase for sale or consumption of water shall be based upon the cost of supply, treatment, storage, distribution, maintenance, operation, management, retirement of indebtedness, as well as the beneficial aspects of providing potable water for the citizens of the City.
