A. Electric meters for residential properties shall be placed on the structure and that is to be supplied with electrical service. In platted additions to the City of Kingfisher where electrical service has been set at pedestals installed by the City of Kingfisher, the owner of the property shall have the option to set their electrical point of service at either the pedestal already installed on their property or on the structure as described above.
B. Connection from City or Kingfisher Public Works Authority owned infrastructure to the electrical point of service shall be conducted by the City of Kingfisher or a contractor chosen by the City. (Ord. 955, 4-13-2015)
