9-1-7: PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY:
Any and all properties owned, acquired or leased by the Kingfisher Public Works Authority shall be treated the same as if they were owned by the City, including all requirements and stipulations for bidding and construction. (2013 Code)
