A. Rates And Charges: Various rates and charges for utility and electric services shall be in such amounts as set by the Board of Commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule in appendix A, division IV of this Code. (2013 Code)
B. Payment Of Cost For Tampering With Utility Equipment: If it has been determined that a utility service customer has tampered with utility equipment owned by the Kingfisher Public Works Authority, including communication equipment for the Automated Metering Infrastructure System, the customer shall be charged the cost of repairing and/or replacing the damaged equipment. Utility services shall not be reconnected until the amount of the repair and/or replacement has been remitted to the Kingfisher Public Works Authority. Any additional fines for tampering with utility equipment shall be in such amounts as set by the Board of Commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule in appendix A, division I of this Code.
