A. The Kingfisher Public Works Authority was set up under existing State law, which allows a trust to be formed for a specific purpose, generally for utilities, for the use and benefit of the City.
B. Any resolution of the Trustees of the Kingfisher Public Works Authority which relates to charges for water when delivered through meters and sewer service and setting out rules and regulations for efficient operation and control of the water system, sewerage system, electric power system and solid waste collection and disposal services is hereby approved and shall be made a part of this chapter.
