A. It shall be the duty of the city manager or his designee to administer and enforce the airport zoning overlay district regulations prescribed herein.
B. An application for permits or variances shall be made to the city clerk on a form published for that purpose.
C. Applications shall be submitted to the planning and zoning commission for consideration and proper action. The planning and zoning commission may require that public hearings be conducted if applicable. The planning and zoning commission, upon review and discussion of the information and data furnished on the application, may approve or deny the application. (2013 Code)
