8-5-2: AIRPORT, PROPERTY OF CITY:
   A.   Ordinance 240, adopted November 16, 1999, annexed the land utilized by the Kingfisher Municipal Airport.
   B.   The airport is the property of the city and under the control, operation, maintenance and administration of the city.
   C.   The city will enforce existing ordinances and adopt ordinances as required by the Oklahoma aeronautic and space commission to protect the public purpose of the Kingfisher Municipal Airport. (2013 Code)
