A. Definitions: "Alcoholic beverage" shall be defined by 37 Oklahoma Statutes section 506, and "low point beer" shall be defined by 37 Oklahoma Statutes section 163.2.
B. Consumption Or Possession Prohibited; Exception: No person shall consume or possess any alcoholic beverage or low point beer upon any and all public parks dedicated or owned by the city, except as allowed by section 4-1B-5 of this code.
C. Separate Offenses: Possession of separate containers of alcoholic beverages and low point beer shall not be deemed separate offenses of this section.
D. Penalty: Any person violating this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine in an amount set by the board of commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule in appendix A, division III of this code. (Ord. 827, 6-2-1998; amd. 2013 Code)
