A. Curfew Hours: A curfew is hereby established for all city parks. The curfew hours are hereby established as after eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M., the same to be closed, and the same to be opened at six o'clock (6:00) A.M.
B. Enforcement: The chief of police is hereby designated as the authority in control of said park and the enforcement of such curfew regulations.
C. Exceptions; Permit Issuance: For special occasions such as fairs, picnics, organizational gatherings, church groups and any valid or authorized association or organization, exceptions shall be approved by the city manager.
D. Penalty: Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined a sum in an amount set by the board of commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule in appendix A, division III of this code. (2013 Code)
