A. No vehicle or object which injures, or is likely to injure, any street within the City of Kingfisher, Oklahoma, shall be driven or moved on any street within said City.
B. No person shall drive any vehicle which is in such condition, so constructed or so loaded as to cause, or be likely to cause, a delay in traffic or constitute a hazard to persons or property, without having obtained an oversized vehicle permit from the Police Department. Applicants granted oversized vehicle permits shall pay a fee for each permit.
C. In accordance with subsection B of this section, a fee in an amount set by the Board of Commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule in appendix A, division IV of this Code shall be paid prior to the issuance of the oversized vehicle permit. (Ord. 973, 9-11-2017)
