7-2-9: PENALTY:
Upon conviction for violation of this chapter, the punishment shall be a fine in an amount set by the board of commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule in appendix A, division II of this code. It shall constitute a separate offense for each two (2) hour continuation of such parking. (Ord. 866, 6-11-2001; amd. 2013 Code)
