7-1-1: STATE TRAFFIC CODE ADOPTED:
The Oklahoma Highway Traffic Safety Code, 47 Oklahoma Statutes, as amended, is hereby adopted by reference, including the definitions of said title, and incorporated in the laws of the City as if set out herein in full, for the purposes of establishing locally appropriate rules and regulations for the control of traffic within the City.
