Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, or who violates or neglects to carry out any reasonable order made by any Health Officer, the Chief of Police or the Animal Control Officer, pursuant to this chapter, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, be fined in a sum set by the Board of Commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule in appendix A, division I of this Code. Every day's violation of any provision of this chapter or of such order of the Health Officer, Animal Control Officer or Chief of Police, shall constitute a separate offense.
