6-3-8: PASTURING IN PUBLIC AREAS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to stake, confine or pasture any animal on any public property (Federal, State, Municipal or other), or on any railroad right-of-way, without the consent of the person owning or controlling such property. (Ord. 924, 1-11-2010)
