A. Generally: In addition to any duties previously outlined, the owner of any animal shall have the following additional responsibilities:
1. Owners shall exercise proper care and control of their animals to prevent them from becoming a public nuisance.
2. Owners shall provide proper care and treatment of their animals.
3. Owners shall not abandon their animals.
B. Breeding Of Animals: It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any animal for breeding purposes within the corporate limits of the City, except in private, enclosed locations, entirely out of the public view, or to permit animal breeding activities in any place except a private enclosed place.
