6-1-1: STATE CRIMINAL AND PUNITIVE LAWS ADOPTED:
All criminal and punitive laws of the state of Oklahoma, as they may be amended from time to time by addition or deletion, are hereby adopted by the city of Kingfisher. Excepted from said adoption are any fines and penalties set forth in the laws of the state of Oklahoma. (Ord. 962, 9-14-2015)
