5-5-3: POSSESSION OF FIREWORKS:
All fireworks possessed within the municipal boundaries of the City of Kingfisher shall be stored in a safe manner to minimize any potential negative impact to life or property. Any fireworks found to be stored in an unsafe manner shall be subject to the provisions of section 5-5-6 of this chapter. (Ord. 2021-003, 4-12-2021)
