5-4-6: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor against the city and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine in an amount set by the board of commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule in appendix A, division III of this code.
