Any person to whom a citation has been issued who is subsequently convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine in an amount set by the board of commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule pursuant to appendix A, division I of this code. With respect to violations of this chapter that are continuous with respect to time, each day the violation continues constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 909, 3-12-2007; amd.
