The city shall follow the standards, procedures, and requirements set forth in 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 22-112, as may be amended from time to time, for the condemnation, tearing down, and/or removal of dilapidated buildings or structures; and the city shall follow the standards, procedures, and requirements set forth in 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 22-112.1, as may be amended from time to time, for boarding and securing of dilapidated or unsecured buildings or structures.
