A "nuisance", within the meaning of this chapter, shall consist of doing any act, or omitting to perform any duty, which act or omission either:
A. Annoys, injures or endangers the comfort, rest, health, property or safety of others.
B. Unlawfully interferes with, obstructs or tends to obstruct or render dangerous for passage any street, highway, public park, alley, stream, or storm sewer.
C. Creates a health hazard.
D. Offends decency.
E. In any way renders other persons insecure in life or in the use of property.
F. Any action or omission the board of city commissioners deems to be a nuisance. (Ord. 909, 3-12-2007)
