A. Insurance Required: If the application shall be approved, then such applicant shall file with the city clerk a copy of public liability insurance in a responsible company covering all taxis and vehicles employed by said applicant in an amount to be fixed and set by the board of commissioners; not to be less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence; and showing where the office of the taxi company will be maintained and designating a service agent on which or on whom service may be had.
B. License Issuance; Term: The clerk thereupon shall issue a license which shall run for one year and be renewable upon approval of the board of city commissioners.
C. Denial Of Application: If the application shall be denied, the application fee will be returned. (2013 Code)
