4-3-1: AUTHORIZATION:
A person or persons, being either an individual, partnership or corporation, may be authorized to establish a taxi service within the corporate limits of the city, and to have the use of the public facilities within the provisions of the laws of the state and the ordinances of the city upon complying with each and every section of this chapter. (2013 Code)
