4-1-4: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in such amount as set by the Board of Commissioners pursuant to appendix A, division III of this Code. Each day upon which a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2018-008, 9-10-2018, eff. 10-1-2018)
