A. The tax levied shall be paid to the tax collector at the time and in the form and manner provided for the payment of state sales tax under the sales tax law of Oklahoma.
B. The bracket system for the collection of the sales tax for the city by the tax collector shall be the same as hereinafter adopted by the agreement of the city and the tax collector, in the collection of the city sales tax and the state sales tax. (2013 Code)
