A. Bills for electric service shall be sent out on a monthly basis to all city residential and commercial accounts; these accounts will be (Choices to make):
1. all accounts will pay a kWh cost of 24 cents beginning with all electricity sold after January 1, 2007.
2. residential accounts will pay a kWh cost of cents, and commercial accounts will pay a kWh cost of cents as of February 1, 2006.
3. every monthly residential and commercial account (will or will not) be charged a monthly customer charge and/or fuel adjustment based on the and the respective amounts will be .
B. Any of these rates can be modified (increase and/or decrease), including elimination, by City Council resolution, provided that a public written notice is provided to all customers a minimum of 45 days before any rates are charged. Unless otherwise exempted by this code all city residential and commercial accounts shall pay any applicable monthly flat rate regardless of whether the property or any part thereof are vacant.
