12.15.035   Exemption for senior citizens.
A head of household of the City of King Cove shall not be required to pay for solid waste collection services provided by the city to his or her principal place of residence after the head of household has attained the age of 65 years. The city council shall determine at the end of each fiscal year the senior citizen heads of households eligible for this program.
