11.20.050 Accounting and disbursement of profits.
   A.   Unless otherwise provided by ordinance, the fuel facility shall be established as a separate enterprise fund within the city's harbor and port self revenue fund. All expenses and revenues of the fuel facility will be accounted for within this fund.
   B.   All profits of the fuel facility fund shall be disbursed only pursuant to appropriations approved by ordinance.
