A. The fuel facility is intended to recover all costs of sales and operations and provide a reasonable profit to the city. Pricing for sales of fuel and other products and services should be established at levels sufficient to provide a reasonable profit and remain competitive with other providers of similar products and services in the community.
B. The rates for products and services sold by the fuel facility shall be set in accordance with rules or regulations adopted pursuant to KCC 11.20.080.
C. Per A.S. 44.62.310(C)(3), pricing strategies can be discussed in executive session.
