A. The use of the Port of King Cove shall be governed by the terminal tariff of the Port of King Cove as filed with the Federal Maritime Commission. The terminal tariff may be adopted and revised from time to time by resolution or ordinance of the city. Any type of inbound wharfage fuel shall be charged $.025/gallon.
B. No person shall violate any provision of the Port of King Cove terminal tariff as filed with the Federal Maritime Commission. Any violations shall be punished under § 1.15.015 of this code of ordinances.
