In addition to the provisions for impoundment, any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and any person convicted of violating §§ 11.10.270-11.10.280 of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) together with the costs of prosecution thereof, or imprisonment for not more than 30 days and, in addition thereto, his or her privilege of using the small boat harbor facilities may be suspended for not more than one year.
