A. For purposes of determining the appropriate annual mooring facilities reservation fee, boat length shall be that distance measured in a straight line from stem to stern. Boat width shall be that distance measured at the beam of the vessel.
B. All vessels under 60 feet will be required to moor in the King Cove North Harbor; and all vessels 60 feet and over will be required to moor in the Babe Newman Harbor, unless this harbor is full and the harbormaster or his or her designee specifically approve temporary moorage at the docks and/or bulkhead in the King Cove North Harbor.
