The treasurer may open and maintain a separate fund entitled "King Cove Harbor Fund". All mooring rentals and other fees arising out of the operation of the boat harbor facilities by the city, received by the city, may be deposited to this fund and used for such costs of operation, maintenance, and supervision of the boat harbor facilities.
