A. It is unlawful for any person to operate off-road vehicles, including vehicles commonly referred to as "three wheelers", "four wheelers", or "ATVs" on the dock position of the small boat harbor, including particularly the fingers and floats located therein. All other vehicles will use the dock area for loading and unloading only.
B. Violation of this section is an offense punishable by a civil fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Notice of this prohibition and the applicable penalty may be posted within the harbor area.
