Any person using the city boat haul-out area shall be responsible for adequate cleanup following repair work and removal of his or her vessel. Failure to perform such cleanup in a satisfactory manner is a violation punishable by a civil fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). In addition, the violator will be liable for any damage to vehicles, persons, or other harm caused by his failure to adequately clean up following his or her use of the haul-out area.
