11.10.030   Boat harbor facilities.
"Boat harbor facilities" includes mooring devices, including but not limited to floats, fingers and stalls; grid irons; and other appurtenances located in the small boat harbors; land storage areas, and loading areas under the jurisdiction of the City of King Cove for the health, safety or convenience of the public.
