10.20.080   Violation--Penalty.
Penalties for violation of any provision of this chapter shall be by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00). The imposition of demerit points, revocation or suspension of licenses, or restrictions thereof as may be imposed by the state pursuant to its rules, regulations and statutes, are independent of any penalty under this chapter.
