Upon satisfactory compliance with the requirements of this chapter, the Chief of Police or his designee shall issue a chauffeur's license to the applicant laminated by a photo lamination machine. All licenses shall expire as of December 31 following the date issued and shall be renewed annually thereafter. The fee for renewal shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
